• Access to the Services will be immediately revoked.

• The violating party will be liable for financial damages, including the full retail value of each unauthorized use, multiplied by the number of unauthorized recipients.

• We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including but not limited to:

  • Civil lawsuits for copyright infringement.

  • Court orders (injunctions) to cease unauthorized use.

  • Claims for compensatory, punitive, and statutory damages.

  • Recovery of attorney’s fees and court costs.

3️⃣ Monitoring & Investigation

We actively monitor usage patterns, licensing records, and digital access logs to detect unauthorized sharing or usage. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to such monitoring. If suspicious activity is identified, an investigation will be initiated, and appropriate action will follow.

4️⃣ No Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services. Under no circumstances will sportmedicinepro.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services.
